ISO 9000 for Small Busnesses. ISO/TC 176. 1996. International Organization for Standardization. 125pp.

An excellent introduction to use of the ISO9000 standards in a short, readable book.  Perhaps the best starting point among the materials I have read for those interested in applying the ANSI/ISO 9000 standards to their organization.  In particular, this book emphasizes that your organization doesn’t have to be large, nor does it have to be a heavy industry, for the ISO 9000 standards to be useful.
